Wren Doors Water Ingress

Hi,
I bought an Infinity Plus kitchen from Wren in 2020. Milano in Pencil grey.
There have been quite a few quality problems with the doors. Down the edges, white glue lines had appeared and I had them changed. Quite often the replacement was damaged.
For a long time I was struggling getting finger and food marks off of the doors and drawers.
I rang Wren customer service and explained the issue and a representative suggested using Elbow Grease. I was told to spray it on and let is soak then using pressure, wipe it off using a wet cloth and wipe down the drawer or door front. This did work very well at getting grease marks off of the doors and to be honest, it was a relief.
Just recently I have noticed that the bottom of some of the doors are ripply!
I have sent pictures into Wren and asked them to be replaced but they have refused as they said it is water ingress probably caused by the cleaning.
At no point have I been told by Wren that cleaning and washing down the doors would cause water ingress and damage to the doors. The cleaning instruction from the representative did not say dry the doors because if I did not it would damage them.
I can not find anything on the warranty saying water ingress is not covered either.
What can I do?
