Hi I have the ticket to show I paid for parking and stayed within the time frame. The registration was correctly entered and is shown on the ticket. I received a Parking charge notice in November 2022. I was photographed entering and leaving the car park within the paid for time frame. I have appealed to Parking Eye and POPLA and still the dcbl letters persist. I don/t know what to do as I do not want a CCJ but have done nothing wrong. Please can you advise as this is causing me worry. Thank you in anticipation

The DCBL letter, assume it is bog standard letter from DCB LIMITED which is only a debt collectors scary tosh
Assume it does not say LETTER BEFORE CLAIM
PARKING EYE normally do this themselves but farm out the dodgy ones to the likes of DCBL so they can waste their money ... hence the letter
As you have proof, don't worry about it. If you get a real letter before claim come back here
However, if you have proven to PE that you parked legally and paid, and have a receipt, issue a complaint to the BPA1 -
Plan A is always a complaint to the landowner and your MP. Have you done this yet?
DCB Limited, or DCB Legal Limited? The former can be ignored. The latter cannot.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks1
