I did,but received no reply , it's the day of the hearing and I have no clue what's going on , I took a day off for this and this is what they do. Called them today again and they have no idea when or if the hearing will take place. Can I request an in person hearing at this point ?

Yes they did sent it an hr late , hearing took place and the judge awarded all costs to the claimant despite all the evidence provided above , apparently it was up to me to ensure I entered the details in the parking iPad correctly , they sent a lawyer who argued the claimant citing all past cases etc I don't do this for a living , all costs to the tune of £294 awarded so there's that.

Normally Judges see right through it. Which Judge and court?
