Managed and operated on behalf of Savills by CP Plus Ltd...
I can't remember the detail, but there is something magical about the words 'on behalf of' there.

It won't affect your credit rating as long as you respond and tell them to ERASE the old address.merevil said:Recently received a letter dated the 28th of January from DCB legal asking for an amount of £170 for overstaying in a retail carpark on the 14th February 23 I didn’t receive the original fine from which would have been £60-100,
I have noticed that the two letters are a little different the first that was sent last year to my old address the heading is in blue labelled final reminder and has a different dcb reference, the second is labelled letter of claim and the heading is in green, not sure if this means something or if it’s because they have changed hands.
Hi so this is the latest… ”In relation to the contract between our Client and yourself, the signs on site clearly outlined the Terms of parking and you were on notice of the Terms upon entering the Land. By parking on the Land, you accepted the Terms. These Terms state 2 hours maximum stay on Match Days at IPRO Stadium, and that if the Terms are breached, you agree to pay a Parking Charge of £100.00. The Vehicle entered the site at 11:29 and exited at 13:47 remaining on site for 2 hours and 18 minutes, therefore; you breached the terms and agreed to pay a Parking Charge within 28 days.
For clarity, the Grace period is the time in which the Driver has to exit the Land once returning to their Vehicle. Drivers are permitted with a 10-minute Grace Period. Please note, the Grace Period cannot be used as a session of ‘free parking’ and therefore bears no relevance to this matter.
You now have 30 days from the date of this email to make payment of the outstanding balance of £170.00. Failure to make payment will result in a Claim being issued against you without any further reference.”
So apparently it was match day, the stadium car park is about a mile away from the retail outlet that I was parked in and have often parked in so I wouldn’t have thought it would affect where I was parked the Standard three hours was what I assumed were the parking hours, it is currently on the signage which seems to have been altered at some point, but wouldn’t have felt need to check having parked there so many times before.

I’m contacting you in relation to a parking fine received, on behalf of the company that Savill use to manage the wyvern way retail car park, I’m being harassed by them for payment of £170 they have said on the 14/2/23 my vehicle stayed in the car park for 2hrs 18min the allowed time is usually 3hr that’s what I’ve always known it to be as a regular customer, apparently this is not so on match/event days, but how is anyone who is not attending and has no knowledge of a match/event to know unless they are attending them or have been given notice non of the above apply and I kindly ask for your help in having this parking charge cancelled with DCB legal.
The signs do state 2 hours on match days, and there are signs as you drive in, stating the same.
However if you send me a copy of your ticket I will get it cancelled on this occasion.
