My husband and I got a loan from a loan company called Lombard which has ceased trading. Can we still claim ppi?

    Deadline for submitting a PPI claim was August 2019 unless there are exceptional circumstances that meant you missed the deadline (eg you were in a coma)

    Now the FOS door is closed to PPI claims your only option is to go to court and that still could be argued as statute barred given the timescales.
