What are the premiums? What is the maximum you could lose without it?
Its up to you to decide if the ratio between the above two numbers makes it worth while
Personally our conveyancer would do a 2nd property for no extra costs (exc expenses/disbursements) if the first fell through and so looking at potential losses of a few hundred for a premium of best part of a hundred, didnt seem worth while for me.
