New EE router too new for customer's laptop

I had the same problem when when I moved from sky to talk talk as one computer suddenly couldn’t see the wi-FI. Tried changing all the settings on the router but nothing worked. Ended up getting a plug in network adaptor but even that isn’t great as it keeps on losing internet access and has to be unplugged and reconnected to start working again. I’ll be going back to sky in the summer and hope that fixes it.Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0
