Medical insurance for pre existing conditions

I currently have travel insurance and am looking to just add cover for pre existing medical conditions but don't need baggage, cancellation, valuables, etc. etc. covered. Any ideas on who to approach would be very much appreciated.

They you are buying another travel policy that covers your medical conditions.
Lets say you have a heart condition then there is no insurance you can buy that is like travel insurance but only covers things related to heart problems... the base cost of a policy is so low once you strip off the cost of sales that there would only be pennies different from a full policy.
Some people have looked at getting overseas private medical insurance but 1) its very expensive 2) it has a minimum of 3 months cover and 3) it only covers treatment whilst you are overseas and won't cover cancellation because your condition has flared up or meds-evac back to the UK.0
