Just had the email from Barclaycard, the "Freedom Rewards Card" and scheme is closing. (Already not available to new customers).
You can either close your card or move to "Rewards Card".

Yep, 0.25% with 0 FX charges.Or you could see if you can proactively move yourself to the Avios Rewards credit card, set your BA account to convert the avios to Nectar automatically, and earn effectively 0.66% on all spend (redeemable at Sainsburys, Argos and Ebay). Not as good on overseas spend tho.0

Yes! Great shame, I’ve had allsorts off that over the years. If Ive done my sums correctly doesnt 0.25% equate to £65 on a £25K annual spend? Some reward. 😣
Wonder if the HSBC reward card is any better anyone?0 -
for anyone with one of these cards; the ability to earn reward points stopped on 30th April. You only have until 20th May to claim rewards, after that they vanish. Log in NOW and turn them into a reward voucher, whatever it is for. The only ones of use to me are Argos but they are valid for 3 years, and I found an extra tenner when I checked yesterday.the points should of course move across to the new scheme but Barclaycard are saving themselves a lot of money by doing it this way.0
