Afternoon everyone
Raining and foggy here today - it's been nice the last couple of days.
I can't remember if I said little one was off school poorly on Monday so DD took her to our local hospital where she got antibiotics and steroids for a chest infection. She was worse yesterday so DD phoned the RVI at Newcastle and they said to take her in before 5pm. I called in after school and she was just sitting cuddled up on my knee while DD packed a bag. She was kept in last night as her heart rate was too fast and oxygen levels were too low, so she was put on oxygen. I haven't heard anything yet today but it's usually nearly lunch time before the doctors go round. Poor DD was hungry last night - there were no sandwiches left in the shop and it was after midnight before she was put on a ward. She was hoping there would be something left in Costa after little one went to sleep.
I didn't feel well Monday and Tuesday either, I did an econsult yesterday and now I have antibiotics and steroids for a chest infection too! I went into town and collected them this morning and rang my boss to say I'll not be in the rest of the week. I'm going to go back to bed with Sundays paper. I seem to have had one every few weeks this winter, I've always been prone to them but more so now I have Long Covid.
So I'm hoping everyone is healthier than we are and you all have a good day x

Afternoon everyone
Another one here who was shocked by the death if Steve Wright - couldn't believe it when I head it announced on the news at 5pm yesterday.
Just been doing work and dog walking today - not feeling 100% and can't kick myself out of a slump so just trying to keep occupied.
