    We get endless phone calls from our "Area Energy Adviser" offering a free loft insulation inspection because the Govt has ruled that Fibreglass/ Rockwool type insulation is  considered a health or damp or other hazard.  I always respond  with "there's nowt wrong with Rockwool but thank goodness I never got that awful foam stuff you'd have to be mad to have that" They soon give up.

    Oh dear, you have no recourse from anyone, they sucked you in and you bought it. Your problem to sort out I'm afraid.

    When I get a call from an 'Area energy advisor' I just cut the call, so interesting to find out what they are actually flogging.

    I get the same calls. Asking the caller who appointed them as "Energy Advisor", soon gets them off the line
