Question is, how should the child-related UC be reasonably shared between us? If we go through mediation what would be the objective criteria used to reach a decision?

As has been advised quite a few times here, this thread is about help with benefits entitlement and not about help with how your ex should share the child element of UC with you.

It doesn't matter what other people think.  it might make you feel justified about how you feel but it won't change anything.

What matters is what the MP's consider is appropriate.

They set the rules and  only they can change them.

You need to take your case to your MP.
