Insurance after named driver's non-fault claim
Options
Hello all,
Silly question but I'm so confused...
I was the policy holder and keeper. My dad had a non-fault accident in my car as a named driver and he successfully claimed against my insurance and paid excess.
Now, I'm about to compare quotes for my new car, which my dad won't be a named driver anymore.
Do I need to declare the above-mentioned claim when I look for a quote, even though it was my dad (named driver) who made the claim and even though it was a non-fault claim?
Many thanks!

Yes, it was claim under your policy so you need to declare it.2
