Quarry rocks - disposal

Not sure if this is the right place so please move if need be. 

In my garden I have a large pile of rocks, I believe they are from the local quarry as they were here when we moved in. 

Now planning to move and trying to tidy up the garden. Do these rocks have any value? We had considered putting free to collector but thought I best check to see if they had any value - noting they'll be pretty heavy to transport. 

I'd hazard a guess the pile has maybe 100 rocks.

A photo would be useful to identify the type of stone.

Rockery stones are expensive. Look at the prices in garden centres, or online.

Price them up from a garden centre, you probably will be surprised at the value of them.

Can you not store them in a discrete corner and see if housebuyer wants them.

Very little value I'm afraid. Put them on Facebook marketplace. Someone will take them for gabion baskets.

Try your local Freecycle group.

I had thought to put them as free to collector, but thought I should be a bit mse first and check to see if they were worth anything.

Compromise?

Someone would love them. I'd put them on at a small price as buyer collects and has to do all the hard work.

It will give you some cash for seeds/plants that you want
