Hi All,
I've been put at risk of redundancy and wondering where I stand with redundancy pay if I were to be made redundant as I currently work two jobs;

- Job 1 is full time during the day (9-5) and I've worked this job for 14 years - This is the job I'm at risk of being made redundant from
- Job 2 is evening work only (1.5hrs a day) and I've worked this job for 2 years

Having 2 jobs makes no difference to your redundancy payment from full time position.2
