I booked to see Sarah Millican in Buxton on 8/2/24 but it snowed heavily in my area and the MET office advised not to travel. There was a yellow alert in my home town (Ripley, Derbyshire) and an amber warning in the town of the event (Buxton). I sent in the refund submission with screen shots of the warnings and advice not to travel but I have received a reply saying it was not a red alert warning and I did not provide enough evidence that travel was not advised. I have sent further screen shots as requested but can anyone suggest next steps if I am declined again?
