NCP fine

Hi
My daughter has received a ticket from NPC for parking out of a bay.. the bays are permit only but my sister has a permit for guests which my daughter displayed along with my disability badge we wasn’t out of the car 10 mins before ticket was issued.
there are no yellow lines and allocated bays for tenants so she parked out of the way next to bays as your not aloud to use them unless your car is registered to the parking space.
she has tried to appeal it but had no joy only keep sending letters threatening her with court action and bailiffs and demanding £100 which she doesn’t have she is really worried she may lose her car which she uses to get me and my mum who has cancer to our appointments could someone please help us to what to do next please

thank you in advance
Claire

No danger of losing the car.  It is not a fine.

She should await a court claim which s fully defendable and we'll help.  No risk. No bailiffs.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • It might be possible to get this ticket cancelled without waiting for a court claim. Please show us the front and back of the ticket. Redact all identifying features such as the PCN number, vehicle number and (if it was a postal ticket) your daughter’s name and address but leave all dates showing. If it is a postal ticket, tell us if there was a previous windscreen ticket.
