Do I need to declare previous named drivers incident

In 2021 my son was a named driver on my policy, another car hit him, so a no fault incident. I have since declared the incident as I had him as a named driver in following years but on my renewal now, he will no longer be a named driver, so do I still need to declare the incident for just me?
many thanks

If the claim was on your policy, then it was you who made the claim, not your son, so yes that has to still be declared even if he is no longer a named driver.
If however the claim was made on another policy (such as his own) then his history does not need to be declared.2 -
