  • I am completing LPA's on behalf of my elderly parents in law... can I use my daughter's partner (they are not married) as CP? He has known them for over two years

    Not if your daughter is going to act as attorney or replacement attorney.

  • Thanks elsien... my wife will be an attorney not my daughter. So, for the avoidance of doubt do you think my daughters partner could be a CP?
