[Help needed] discount on O2 Academy?

My New Year’s resolution is to go to lots of gigs, and I’ve already spotted several at my local O2 academy, but I know it’s going to add up fast. Is there any way to save money on tickets? I looked at getting O2 Priority but that doesn’t seem to save you money on tickets, it just lets you jump queues.

No, but if you buy in advance, it'll be cheaper than walk up price on day (if tickets are available).
Ticket prices aren't set by the venues obviously, but Priority can usually get you free cloak room services or discount at bar.0
