EonNext Bills Problem
Hi,
I have been asking Eon to provide a monthly breakdown of the usage on the on and off peak rates so I can figure out whether the deal is working to my advantage or not.
Problem is, Eon are unable to provide a bill to show the usage - they have sent my six bills, none of them correlate with each other, and none are able to breakdown the usage on the two rates since I switched to the new deal almost six months ago.
Is this a common problem?

Have you tried emailing them. I have found them really helpful by email. I expect you probably have but worth mentioning.0

If you are on economy 7, the eon next bills should show the day and night units separately. Are you sure you are on not on a single rate tariff? Eon Next managed to completely mess up my switch from E7 on EDF and I somehow ended up at Eon Next as single rate customer. It took a lot of effort and stress to get this corrected back to E7.1

All monthly online / email statements come with a running 12 month split of peak and off peak units used in the 'your tariff section' (iirc they may have to to make it easier for people to do price comparisons)
But maybe only because they have that data available for my account.
And if not on a fix, the quarterly Ofgem cap changes are notified via a price change summary email and revised cost letter - which also includes a peak off peak split estimate for 12 months.
So exactly what tariff are you on ?
My legacy tariff was given a Next Flex series name last Apr - so Next Flex E10 - so at a guess - does your tariff have E7 or Economy 7.
How many meter readings and rates do your bills show - either in use section or your tariff section for rates ?
Errors aren't unheard of - and many with E7 meters but low night usage actually request to be billed at single rate. Perhaps when you applied to switch they thought you were requesting a single rate too - or the day night split you gave meant single rate was cheapest so they applied it.
Why ask EOn for a split, can you not read your own meter ?
If your sure you are on E7 metering - have you checked both rate registers if smart on your actual meter are still operating.
If so and only one reading on bills - is it the sum of the two or match the total on meter ?0
