Terms & Conditions 

• The competition will close at midday on Thursday 29th February 2024
• Entrants must be over 25 and live in the UK
• To enter the competition, entrants must subscribe to email newsletters from Perfect Stays using the sign-up form above. By entering, you agree to have your name and email address shared with the Eden Project and Frugi, and to receive email newsletters from these competition partners. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time. 
• All entries will be collated via email sign-up by Perfect Stays and one winner will be selected at random within 48 hours of the competition closing. The winner will be notified via email and must respond within seven days. If the winner can't be contacted or doesn't claim the prize within seven days of notification, a new winner will be selected at random. The decision made by Perfect Stays is final.
• Any entries received after the closing date (for whatever reason) will not be counted. Late entrants may still be opted-in to receive email newsletters from Perfect Stays, the Eden Project and Frugi. 
• The information you provide will be used as stated in these terms and conditions and in conjunction with the Perfect Stays Privacy Policy. 
• Perfect Stays, the Eden Project, Hangloose and Frugi do not accept responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, incomplete or otherwise not received, or cannot be entered for technical or any other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt. Incomplete or illegible entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions and these terms and conditions are invalid. 
• This prize cannot be exchanged for cash and prize details can only be changed with agreement of Perfect Stays, the Eden Project, Hangloose and Frugi
• Perfect Stays, the Eden Project, Hangloose and Frugi reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary
• The promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend this prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so
• If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Perfect Stays may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude entrants from participating in this prize draw 
• A nominated lead guest staying at Sea Edge must agree to our Terms and Conditions of booking. Perfect Stays will not ask the giveaway winner to pay a security deposit for their stay upon the acceptance of this prize. However, in the event of any damage caused to the property, the winner will still be liable for the correction of any damage caused.
• In addition to Perfect Stays’ Terms and Conditions, the Eden Project stipulates that the winner must give at least five working days' notice ahead of their intended visit date to book. There will be no physical day ticket to the Eden Project provided – further details will be provided at the time of contacting the winner.
• In addition to Perfect Stays’ Terms and Conditions, Hangloose stipulates that the monetary voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of processing. Monetary vouchers can be used for part or full payment. The voucher is not exchangeable for cash. Please read Hangloose's FAQs on their website. 
• In addition to Perfect Stays' Terms and Conditions, Frugi stipulates that the names and ages of any children in the group must be provided to Frugi within one week of acceptance. The Frugi voucher must be redeemed by Sunday 31st March 2024. 
• Perfect Stays will ask the winner for their contact details to pass these on to our brand partners to receive their prize. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and won't be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
• Perfect Stays, the Eden Project, Hangloose and Frugi employees (and their families) or anyone professionally connected with this giveaway are not permitted to take part in this competition
• The promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. The entrant’s statutory rights are not affected.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
