By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
Crew Clothing Company and Minster Mill reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition rules at any time. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. All partners reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. If the potential winner is unable to take the prize, the potential winner shall forfeit any and all rights to the prize.
Employees of Crew Clothing Company and Minster Mill or any company involved in the competition or members of their immediate family or household are not eligible to enter the competition.
Entry is open to UK residents only. There is no purchase requirement to enter the competition.

The prize:
Minster Mill is supporting with an overnight stay for a winner and their guest in a superior room including breakfast and a three-course dinner, including a glass of champagne, selected by the Sommelier.
Crew Clothing will also be providing the winner with a £200 gift card.
 
The competition is running from 30/01/2024 – 15/02/2024. The winner will be drawn at random and notified by 16/02/2024 by 5pm. Details of the winner will be available from Crew Clothing Company, 20 Lydden Road, London SW18 4LR.
The winner has one week (until 23/02/2024) to accept the prize otherwise this will be forfeited, and a new winner will be chosen at random.
The taking of the prize experience is a contract between the winner and the providers of the various elements of the prize experience and is subject also to any terms and conditions of the providers of those elements as listed below.
 
Minster Mill - Terms and Conditions:

• The prize is for a one-night stay at Minster Mill, for a winner and their guest sharing a Superior Room, including breakfast and a three-course dinner in the restaurant. A bottle of wine will also be included at dinner.
• A £200 crew clothing gift card

• The prize is valid to be taken between 1 March – 31 October 2024. The hotel is closed on Monday and Tuesday. The prize is subject to availability, excluding Saturday nights and peak dates including Cheltenham Gold Cup (12-16 March 2024), Bank Holiday weekends, and Easter weekend (30 March 2024).
• The prize is not transferable
• There is no cash alternative
• Travel to and from Minster Mill is not included
• The prize excludes anything in addition and any extras must be paid for on departure by the prize winner or guest

 
The winner will be contacted by 5pm on 16/02/2024. The prize is not transferable, non-refundable and no cash or credit alternatives will be offered. The prize winner will be responsible for all travel to and from, insurance and spending money.
Crew Clothing Company, Minster Mill and their affiliates are not liable for any accident, injury or loss incurred by the prize winner’s participation in prize travel and accommodation.
Entrants agree on their behalf, and on behalf of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns (“Released Parties”) to release, defend and hold harmless Crew Clothing Company, and any partner involved, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, expenses, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, claims and demands whatsoever against Released Parties arising out of or in connection with entrant’s participation, acceptance and use or misuse of any prize, including any travel related activities.
The prize winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity; Crew Clothing Company reserves the right to use names of winners, their photographs and audio/visual recordings of them in publicity. Photos may be used in the press or online.
All partners’ decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into. Only one entry is allowed per person. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in the post. Proof of posting will not be regarded as proof of delivery.
Entries not in accordance with the rules will be disqualified. By entering the competition, competitors will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules. The laws of England and Wales govern this agreement. The competition will be promoted by all partners.
