CCJ added to my equifax record incorrectly

Hi I had a look at my ClearScore report and a CCJ is being added. It's not mine. The first name is completely different to mine and it belongs to a sibling. I have emailed equifax. Is there anything further i need to do to get this removed ASAP.

You also need to check Experian and Transunion.

You may need to trace the CCJ also and make sure the firm who put it on take it off again if the CRAs play hardball
