1. The winner of the Marie Claire UK Competition will receive the "Grace" dress by Tess Mann Haute Couture, a bespoke couture creation that requires 5-6 months for production. This term serves as an addendum to the Marie Claire UK magazine term: Once submitted the competition sponsor is bound to collecting winner(s) details within 7 days and delivering the prize within 28 days of the competition ending. Failure to claim the winners and deliver the prize within this time frame will result in The Competition Platform invoicing the competition sponsor for the value of the prize plus £350 (+VAT) so they can deliver the prizes to the winner. This will be payable immediately and failure to do so will result in court action.

2. The winner must provide accurate and timely measurements to ensure the proper fit and tailoring of the dress. The winner will be available for a video chat so that Tess Mann Haute Couture can guide the winner about correctly measuring themselves.

3. The terms and conditions of the Marie Claire UK Competition will also apply to the prize, and Tess Mann Haute Couture is not responsible for any aspects of the competition beyond the creation and delivery of the "Grace" dress.
