Ive heard that keeping my spend low looks better on my credit history report, so it doents look like Im struggling maxing out my card. Is there a minimum amount I need to spend each month and do having more payemnts look better than just one?

Ignore all that advice.
If you're clearing in full, spend whatever you need.
If you're not, cut your costs and get your debt down.2 -
As above, as long as you're clearing the statement in full every month, then what percentage of available credit you're using is immaterial. It's different if you're carrying an interest-bearing balance from one month to the next.I'm guessing you saw that "advice" on one of your CRA reports? If so, ignore it - whilst they do have their uses, the CRAs do like to spread misleading information (usually in the hope of getting a nice little bung from a card provider if you take out one of their products on the CRA's recommendation).1
