Call about claims: suspicious?
Hi
I am pursuting a claim through Pogust Goodhead for my Vectra.
I've had a call from 0121 368 8062 from a guy at Conclusive Financial saying he was finalising details, and I'd receive a call from the solicitors in the next four weeks. He had all the details of my car (including number plate) and my email address and home address, so seemed legit. I had to sign something online (I did, but can never use my proper signature with these things anyway). I'm naturally suspicious and questioned him, BUT he had all the details..
Anyone else had this? I'm surprised, as I've not heard news of anything being paid out? I've now received a long document - first page as below (sensitive details blurred).

And this email:

Thank you in advance!

Well if your initial claim was through Pogust Goodhead, what have they had to say about it?All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -
It might have been a good idea to seek advice BEFORE you signed anything.1

Conclusive Financial are a financial intermediation firm so probably OK. Keep trying to contact Poghust Goodhead to set your mind at rest.

I have had the sane update from pogust goodhead for a number of years now; and nothing is moving forward.
I refuse to pay the extra 15% that they have added to their share of moneys awarded.
Did they not advertise their services on television?
Are they behind other new diesel claims companies advertising on television and online?
If all complainants emailed ITVs rip off Btitain, we might get some answers.0
