I put the statement of truth at the end of the WS and Default Judgement, do you mean I need to sub-title it? Also the "extorted with menace" is in point 1.4.3 in the Default Judgement and also point 4 of the DO, does it need to be anywhere else?

But that's not the length of WS we expect to see in a CCJ set aside case (should be much longer)  and there's no witness testimony in that draft.

There isn't meant to be a document called 'a Default Judgement'.  That is not separate, not a thing.

- You write a WS.

- You append (numbered PDF) evidence - exhibits - to prove the fact you'd moved and were 'there to be found'.

- You sign & date that WS at the bottom.

- Save it as a PDF once you're happy with it.

- You create a word doc Draft Order.  That should match the order you are asking for in the box in the N244 form AND match what your WS is asking for. 

- You add a Costs Assessment sheet.

I think you need to read some more CCJ set aside witness statement threads. Those are your search words in bold. Search the forum but ONLY look at NEWEST results (not 'best match' old stuff).

As well as the above, whatever you do, do not use that first Statement of Truth you have shown us.
There are lots of words missing from it.

I just want to clarify that the court has said the claim had been correctly addressed to our current address, we have just never received anything about this pre or post CCJ. The original PCN went to my partners previous address whilst he still lived there, and nothing was heard since he provided proof of purchase back in 2018. So do we still need to prove we moved, or even make mention of this, as it seems irrelevant to me since we are being told the claim went to our current address.

No you are right, you need to instead set out why CPR 13.3 applies: 'some other good reason' to set aside the claim.
