Cancelling energy fix within 14 days - Octopus still charging exit fee?

Good news! Fixed tarrif has been cancelled without exit fees charged and bills backdated to their (slightly lower) flexible tarrif rate. This has genuinely improved my view of Octopus to be pretty positive again.We've now moved to their (fair bit lower) February loyal fixed with no exit fees. Fingers crossed for lower fixes over the coming months...Thanks all for your support - appreciate it!5
