Countrywide Parking Management - PCN for 6 minutes while delivering!

Good evening all.

A friend of mine runs a pizza shop, and one of her drivers was delivering to an address.  

They have since received a PCN, but were only there for 6 minutes (while making the delivery).  That 6 minutes is the time stamps between the ANPR catching the entry and exit of the vehicle.

They have the details of the delivery I believe, so should be able to prove why they were there.

Has anyone had dealings with Countrywide Parking Management?

How likely is it that an appeal will be successful?

Almost no chance but give it a go then ignore them.  Don't try IAS.

No-one should be paying any £100 private PCN all the time that this dodgy industry remains unregulated due to their own blocking of the statutory Code of Practice in 2022. Greed.  Money talks.  Horrible industry who need stopping this year.

No risk as long as she doesn't change address and not tell Countrywide or their useless thug debt crawlers.

@Coupon-mad firstly thank you for your reply, and my apologies for the delay in responding.

I finally managed to make contact with someone who manages the building - she was in the car park, and claims she's the sole person in the office.

Her response to me was that we need to appeal with the parking company.

She alleged that they're not the land owner, they just manage the student accommodation and rent the building, not the car park.

Apparently they rent from a company called "DMS B", so they may also own the car park, but apparently they also have a habit of selling off the car park land to other people.

I can't find ANY contact information for DMS B.

So, do we just completely ignore this, or appeal to CPM?
