@jacknutter ...ok, so I've had a dig around online looking for audio of each of the 3 presenters, Emma-Louise, Bex and Georgia - in order to compare to the female voice on the Heritage Heroes series.
In my opinion it is Bex.

At 14:04 in the linked sound clip, someone says Hi Bex. So I suspect the answer is Bex.

I agree Bex, I had to listen to audio clips though like above. There's nothing written anywhere at all!
