My Diesel Claim concerns

Hi there,

I've had a claim in with the website 'mydieselclaim.com' for well over a year now and I have had a trickle of updates since that time regarding its progression, which seemed encouraging.

However I have now received an email asking me if I would wish to become a 'Representative Party' on behalf of the group of people making the claim in Scotland (where I live).

It further goes onto state:

'The role is an important one, as the case cannot be brought against VW without a Representative Party. However, it will not be onerous, as most of the work will be done by us as your solicitors.'

Has anybody else had this?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
