Legal Advise Needed Got To Sell House

Situation is this...
Partner left me a while ago, got herself in one hell of a lot of debt since & is being forced to go bankrupt.
I know I have got to sell the house as she owns half of it & I don't want to buy her out as I think the housing market is about to fall.
Question is this. Can her receiver (Apparently one is to be appointed soon) force me to sell at a knock down price just to pay off her creditors, when, obviously I want the full market price
I have been paying the Mortgage in full since she left & there are no Mortgage arrears & I have no debts.
To complicate things (Or maybe not) One of her Creditors is the Abbey National (Personal Loan) who also provide the Mortgage.
I am pretty sure that I cannot be forced to sell cheaply, but would appreciate advice from posters more Knowledgeable in this then me.

Crikey - what an awful situation.
Seriously recommend some legal advice on this one. Find yourself a lawyer who can fight your corner. Surely you can't lose out on her bankruptcy???
Sorry I can't help more, but I'm sure someone with more knowledge will be along soon...
Good luck!If it was easy, everyone would do it!0 -
Get it sold now, then the problem wont arise.0
