Probably you are putting in the admin password for the router? Or have made a mistake putting in the password.
If the router has 2.4G and 5G then they may well have different passwords. So double check which you are connected to.

Last time I had a new router, I changed the Wi-Fi password to the same as my old one - all of my connected devices carried on as usual!

Did you use the Sky Password that comes with the router or something different please0

I recently had a new router from sky and had no problems connecting it to my 2 LG TVs simply by putting in the routers default password. Have you used the password to login to other items? I can only presume you're putting the password in wrong or are trying to connect to someone else's sky router by mistake0
