Scotish power & tenancy agreement

Scottish power will not let me leave until i show a tenancy agreement.
I have been with them for 7 years on standard tarriff.
Who do these people think they are holding me hostage like this.
Its non of there buisness.
They are rubbish..
Estamated bill of £1000 actualy £300.
Rubbish customer service.
I want them GONE

    If the tenancy agreement contains details of another tenant, or the landlord .... use GDPR rules to deny them - you have the same obligations under the act as anyone else and are unable to show them the document as it would be a breach of the law. :)
    Mr Generous - Landlord for more than 10 years. Generous? - Possibly but sarcastic more likely.
