It may be implemented by the Scottish government next year, 2925, but that is probably the earliest it will happen, who knows ? Nobody actually knows, so best guesses would be 2025 or 2026 maybe, governments are likely to have changed before then, but assume that it will happen before 2030
So anything current or historic uses the old advice, but people North of the border need to keep their eyes on it, so that the implementation date doesn't pass by unnoticed2
