Would the DVLA have a list of all your offences over the years??

Just a bit of fun.

The Police would have a record of any Crimes you have committed over the years (Burglary Theft Assault etc).I wonder if the DVLA hold a record of all the Traffic Offences you have committed over the years ??Mine would go back to the 70's.

I believe I am a better driver now I have got older...I'd like to see the evidence!!Any Ideas where I would find it please??

You could send a SAR to the DVLA asking them for details of everything they know about you.

Is it just me?  I'm bemused by the suggestion that someone has had so many 'points on their licence' that they can't remember them?

No need for a SAR it's all available to view on line, endorsements are stored for 4 or 11 years depending on the offence.

I passed my test in 1976.....its true that I cannot remember exactly what I was doing 48 years ago...I would be worried if I could identify the precise dates of traffic misdemenaours from all those years past??
