Poor work by Paint protection film company what are my rights?

Hi guys

need some advice please on how to progress with this.

Back in end of November I had my car front end resprayed and wanted to get the front end protected with PPF. I had a company in mind but I was approached by another company on facebook which was more local. 

So I booked myself in for a PPF front end and stage 1 correction and coating.

Out of convenience I went ahead and used them but a week later after the install the PPF was lifting on edges. One of my front parking sensors started to continuously go off and one other sensor stopped working.

The job is terrible with bad PPF lines and upon first time washing found out parts of the car had zero ceramic on it.

I flagged this straight up and they seemed ok to fix these issues but we are now in Feb 7th with no resolution in sight. They have horrible communication and phone always goes to voicemail. They are in the middle of moving premises which is even further away. Having showed other suppliers the work they carried out, they have all come out and said the quality of the work is terrible.   

I paid using paypal via a credit card. Now what are my rights as paypal dont cover poor jobs/services.  Can I flag it up with the credit card company? Need help please.
