Set of Samsung Air Buds 2 Pro on there for £90 vs £220 direct from Samsung.

Just wondering if others have used & can report good/bad from here?

From what I can see it's a site where you get foreign goods. I did that for my Samsung GW3 from Techinthebasket. It came in some foreign language & missing a couple features but after almost bricking it I was able to flash it with 'proper' firmware to make it as though it came from UK and (approx.) 3yrs on it's still good, even the battery [touch wood].

I don't imagine there can be too much different in a set of ear buds from one country to the next, unlike a device like a phone.

Part of me says great deal, the other part says too good to be true.

So throwing it out there to others who may have used this site.

And for anyone curious but unsure what I'm talking about - type in "Deal Monday", it'll be your top result.

The worry I'd have about sourcing kit from the grey market in general is claiming under warranty if the shiny thing stops working.

There doesn't seem to be a lot of information on this on the Deal Monday website.

Regarding phones, it would help if they quoted the full model number, would let you check out the exact spec.

It appears that they are goods meant for the Chinese market so instructions and even electrical plugs are Chinese.
I guess it depends on if you read the instruction leaflets anyway, and if what you are buying plugs into the mains?
Specifications will usually be different from UK/EU specs.
Warranties will be invalid outside of China.
And of course shipping can take time from China.
Might be worth a punt; if you don't mind the possibility that you may lose your money.
All sites like that one are more of a gamble than 'regular' online shopping, but let's face it even Amazon has fakes, counterfiets, and copies for sale and so can be a gamble these days

Maybe buy something much cheaper first to check if it turns up and use an account which has no money in it - just in case

    Thanks for the feedback.

I think I'll knock this idea on the head. Wait on a sale coming on on Samsung maybe or even just do a bit of research first and see if there's better available for less with a different name stamped on the earbuds.

But I'll leave this one alone.
