Contacting Esure

Have been trying to contact them for over a week now. Cant get through on phone despite leaving it on hold for over an hour at a time. Cant get through their virtual chat loops either. Cant make the change I need to change online. Leaves me with snail-mail. Haven't gone bust have they? Anyone else having/had this problem?

    No they are still trading

    Guess too many have been buying on price and one way to have lower prices is having less staff to answer calls etc. 

    Generally best calling just before the lines open so you emerge from the call steering/recorded messages at exactly the time they open and you are first in the queue (or at least very early)
