Prize is a Brand New Toyota C-HR for a 12 month hire period.
Entrants must be aged 25 or over and held their driving licence for a minimum period of 12 months. 12 month hire period restricted to 10,000 miles. Winner is responsible for maintaining the condition and security of the vehicle at all times.
The cost of any fuel, insurance, additional insurance requirements, deposits or charges for damage etc are not included. The choice of any vehicle from a hire company is subject to the hire company’s approval and availability.
The Prize is provided by Eastern Western Motor Group / Barnetts Toyota (the “Prize Provider”). We are not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including unsatisfactory quality or late delivery or a prize winner being unable to take up any aspect, or the entirety of the prize due to their own circumstances or restrictions.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Prize must be claimed within 14 days of the winner being contacted.
One winning entrant will have the use of an all-new Toyota C-HR, for a period of 365 days (the free hire period) from the date that the winner accepts delivery of the vehicle and is subject to a maximum mileage of 10,000 miles during the year of usage.
The prize includes delivery, first registration fee, number plates and 12 month’s road fund licence and signwriting (subject to reasonable cost, artwork and excluding vehicle wraps).
The prize does not include fuel, consumables or extra specifications beyond those that are standard for this model.
The winner is responsible for all congestion charges, toll charges, parking fees, fines or similar.
The winner will be required to comprehensively insure the vehicle and produce a valid insurance certificate before taking delivery and at any time as requested by the Prize Provider during the period of usage. If the winner fails to comprehensively insure the vehicle during the period, the vehicle must be returned to the Prize Provider immediately.
The vehicle must be kept roadworthy at all times. Any items requiring repair or replacement which are not as a result of fair wear and tear will be the financial responsibility of the winner.
The vehicle mileage travelled from the date that the user gets the car to the date it is handed back to the dealership must not exceed 10,000 miles . Mileage over and above 10,000 miles will be charged at 20 pence plus vat per mile. The Prize Provider will issue an invoice, if applicable, which the winner undertakes to pay within 14 days.
The vehicle may only be used in Great Britain and may not be taken overseas.
The vehicle may only be driven by an authorised person of the winner who holds a valid driving licence and is named on the fully comprehensive insurance.
The vehicle must be returned to the Prize Provider at the end of the free hire period in a suitable condition and in line with the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association’s Fair Wear and Tear Guide. If at the point of return the condition of the vehicle following inspection falls outside of the BVRLA’s Guide, if all items delivered with the vehicle are not returned the Prize Provider will review this with the winner and where relevant issue an invoice to the winner in respect of or equivalent to the repair or reconditioning or replacement costs which the winner undertakes to pay within 14 days.
The winner will be required to participate in publicity with the Prize Provider and be photographed for promotional purposes for use by the Prize Provider and their associate companies.
