Promotional Period: This Promotion opens at 00:00 on 7th February 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 19th March 2024. Entries received outside the Promotional Period shall not be valid for entry into this Promotion.

Entry Instructions: During the Promotional Period:
a. Purchase a qualifying product in a Tesco store or online at Tesco.com during the Promotional Period;

b. Text RETREAT or RETREAT5 followed by a space, and your full name and postcode to 60110 by 23:59 on 19th March 2024; and

c. Click on the link provided in the returned text message to upload a photo of your receipt to complete your entry during the Promotional Period. Only one photo can be accepted in a receipt upload. Please retain receipt.
("Entr(y)(ies)").

Entry is by text only. Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period (1 text & receipt = 1 entry).

For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this mobile number to enter only once. A mobile phone number can only be used by one person, and it cannot be shared within a household. A receipt can only be used once per household. A receipt cannot be shared amongst entrants. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own and/or any entrant(s) using multiple mobile numbers and/or any other methods and/or sharing receipts to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant or
household has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

Prizes:
a. There are 5 prizes, each consisting of a 1-night UK spa break for 2 adults (18+). Prize includes:
- Overnight 4* accommodation at a UK spa location, sharing a double room;
- Breakfast in the hotel restaurant;
- Dinner in the hotel restaurant;
- Full use of the health club and spa facilities;
- 1x 25-minute spa treatment per person;
- £250 towards travel and spending money (paid via bank transfer). Winner is responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from the spa location.

b. Winner will be provided with a list of 19 UK locations to choose from; 1 in Kent, 2 in Lincolnshire, 1 in Cambridgeshire, 2 in Warwickshire, 2 in Cheshire, 1 in Gloucestershire, 1 in Nottinghamshire, 1 in Glasgow, 1 in Oxfordshire, 1 in Norfolk, 2 in Hampshire, 1 in Yorkshire, 1 in Northumberland, 1 in Shropshire, 1 in Country Tyrone.

c. Spa treatments are subject to change and availability at the time of booking. Facilities and treatments vary by location. Some treatments may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions and will be substituted for a safe alternative should this be the case. Spa treatments and facilities may vary depending on your chosen hotel.

d. Hotel dinner is provided in the form of a £28 per person dinner allowance to be used in the hotel restaurant, apart from the Country Tyrone location where a 3-course meal is included.

e. Prizes must be booked by winners within 12 months of acceptance, and taken within 18 months of acceptance, excluding bank holidays, 14th – 16th February 2025, the Summer holidays (21st July - 1st September 2024 and 2025) and the Christmas holiday period (18th December 2024 – 5th January 2025), subject to availability.

Only one prize per household. The prizes must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winners only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prizes for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prizes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, voucher or discount.
