Final Bill When Moving Electricity Only

A supplier is meant to issue a final bill within 6 weeks when a customer moves to a new supplier. I moved by electricity from EDF to Octopus, but could not move my gas supply due to an ongoing issue with the meter (which has been removed and is currently being tested).
I was/am on 6-monthly billing with EDF.
Should I get the final Electricity bill within 6 weeks of moving that supply, or does this timeline only apply if a customer moves wholesale to a new supplier?

Yes, you should get a final bill for the electricity with closing readings within a couple of weeks of leaving.0

Nearly 5 weeks and counting since I moved over, and, completely co-incidentally (I hope), after posting this earlier, I just received a letter in the post today from EDF apologising for me not having my final electricity bill as they were "just sorting out a few issues at our end".
No idea what that might be.
Wonder if I'll be due the £30 compensation if it goes beyond the 6 weeks.0
