Student bills made easy???
My daughter has been trying, unsuccessfully, since August 2023 to get money back from Bunch who were the company she used for bills in her student accommodation. She should have received the money back 6 weeks post end of tenancy, but now nearly 6 months on, she is continually being fobbed off by Bunch who tell her they are in dispute with a supplier. Despite her asking, Bunch have never told her who the supplier is. I have advised her to raise a formal complaint and report to the Ombudsman, but would like some advice as to where we can go from here please.

I'm not sure the ombudsman would be much help - as it's not a simple consumer contract with the supplier (it's via a third party likely on a B2B)
Best avenue might be a letter before action threatening small claims...I'm not an early bird or a night owl; I’m some form of permanently exhausted pigeon.0
