Now if you can be bothered to put the work in, i can can tell you what a friend did. They were going to buy some leather from the rag market but in the end they simply covered the seat pads of some old chairs with the leather out the back of a thown away leather suite which cost them nothing. It was just wrapped around the pad a stapled underneath. May be more difficult to do a neat job if you want the seat backs done also.

I think there is more chance of seeing a flying pig than getting 4 real leather chairs for that budget, so I assumed op meant faux leather...at least better than your ridiculous answer, thrown out leather settees are not exactly an every day occurrence:cool:

Maybe not an everyday occurrence but our local freecycle group has had several advertised over the last couple of months so not as ridiculous as you might think!

There are sets of 4 leather chairs below £120 but they are the bycast type which is real but poor quality leather with a coating to make it look good. If the OP wants to PM me i can send a link using my account for a supplier in the west midlands.
Freebie leather suites are quite easy to get. My friend bought his off ebay for 99p and since put a advert in the bargain pages 'wanted' section. He got 2 calls that week!
No one will pay for an old knackered one and many old ones dont have the correct fire labels. The biggest problem is the collection because many people are pleased for it to be taken away but not many want you to strip the leather and leave the rest behind!
