Just Park and Premier Park not helping

I parked in a Premier Park carpark. I used the Just Park app for that was displayed in that car park. Premier Park state that I did not pay for parking in that car park. Just Park just keep replying saying that I must have parked in a more expensive car park. I have explained that I could only use the code that they displayed. I have even contacted the head management and CEO but no one is replying. I have now had to pay a £170 fine from a debt collector. I have tried POPLA and because I have paid the debt collector Just Premier wont talk to me either. What are my options? Do I have to go to court?

How is using an accusing comment like "surely" meant to help? I did follow your link and you need a PHD to read through all of that confusing information. Some of us have mental health issues and this is not helpful at all.0
