    Just seen the pasted witness statement. The numbers have gone all funny. Not sure why.

    But that is not a witness statement,  it is a defence.

    Email the one pdf to the court.
    That one pdf will contain your witness statement together with all your evidence.

    There must be something about that in the second post of the NEWBIES thread.

     But there are five examples, some of which are about the wrong Code of Practice for your parking firm.

    We don't know which one you chose or what you added as your facts.  Posters are best advised to show your draft first.

    Hey just want to thank everyone that advised on my fathers parking charge situation..

    I did not do the best witness statement on fathers behalf but had plenty of pictures of the signage at the car park included. 

    Hearing is on the 20th feb. 

    Had a email from GLADSTONE solicitors today saying they will accept the offer i made a while ago of £100. 

    Now do i stick or twist thats the question? Advice please from those in the know.

    Seems like they are getting twitchy, the usual advice is to continue, especially as you have a hearing next week and your Father may end up paying £0 not £100
