Halifax Bank Statements issue

So normally my Halifax Bank statement is produced 1st of each month (Sometimes 30/31st) into my digital inbox!
I set my statements to monthly
but for some reason since November 23 statement (I have about 1-5 transactions on the account each month) I have had none automatically produced! Always had to message in the app to ask why.. the agent always get confused & just orders me a statement not tell me when my next one will
