Help! Error message whilst trying to bal transfer

Hi all, I was unable to transfer capital one balance to Tesco credit card! I got error message saying either card number wrong or wrong card type! Please help! Kind regards.

    This should really be referred to the company whose website or app you were using. 

    The only advice I can offer is that if you were doing this on a Windows computer using Microsoft Edge, try using Google Chrome - I've had odd issues with multiple websites that went away when using Chrome.

    I can't see any reason why a Capital One card wouldn't be the right type and have a recognisable number
