the present that made me cry was a digital photoframe from my sister in Holland preloaded with lots of pictures of holidays we have shared and of her kids etc.
and my Nigella Express cookery book with my 12yr old DD bought for me with her own money and she was so excited to give it to me.
And the homemade CD my 13 yr old DD made for me with favourite tunes on, I am a lucky mummy indeed..0 -

I'm happy
The sweetest present though was from my daughter aged 15. It was a letter, she finds it hard to open up to me so she wrote me a letter telling me how much she loves me and how good a mum I am, I was crying my eyes out reading it, I was so choked up and she had frame a little photo of us both too. It was very emotional.

We spent today with a dead friend's elderly mother and she gave me a keyboard vacuum set which he'd ordered but never had a chance to use. Not only is it the most practical pressie I received, it's particularly poignant because we all miss him so much.0

My coat.
From Reiss and it's fitted so it's even better. I find it difficult to buy coats and this is perfect, cost £175 but will be used everyday and will get it's usage!!"I'm not from around here, I have my own customs"
